to ask the Committee of Ministers how many Member States are now bound by the International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution of the Sea by Oil signed in London on the 12th May, 1954, and whether all the Member States have taken the immediate steps set forth in Resolution No. 6 appended to the Final Act of the Conference, as recommended by the Assembly.
