1. In accordance with Rule 6 of the Rules of Procedure the Committee responsible for the examination of credentials examined those of M. Eriksen who, in accordance with paragraph (c) of Article 25 of the Statute, has been appointed Substitute to the Consultative Assembly of the Council of Europe to replace M. Christiansen, who has resigned.
2. The credentials of M. Eriksen have been duly sent by the Minister for Foreign Affairs of Denmark to the Secretary-General of the Council of Europe.
3. No objection having been raised, the Committee unanimously proposes that the Assembly should confirm the validity of M. Erikscn's appointment.
