The Assembly,
Alarmed by reports of mass deportations from Hungary;
Deeply shocked by the refusal of the Soviet and Hungarian authorities to admit observers to report thereon,
Recommends to Member Governments t h a t the diplomatic representatives of Member States now in Budapest should forthwith jointly prepare a report on such deportations for immediate transmission to the Committee | of Ministers and the Consultative Assembly.
