PACE's Monitoring Committee made public an information note by Robert Walter (United Kingdom, EDG), rapporteur on the post-monitoring dialogue with “the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia", on his fact-finding visit to Skopje (2-3 December 2013).
The note focuses on the functioning of democratic institutions and the judiciary, the electoral process, the media, the multiethnic co-operation and the promotion of human rights.
