The President of the Assembly presented the second Human Rights in Motion Award for 2025 on Sunday, 16 March, at the Thessaloniki Documentary Festival. The jury selected the documentary Coexistence, My Ass!, which also won the Golden Alexander, the festival's top prize. The winners received €5,000 Prize and a plaque.
The “Human Rights in Motion” Award was established last year at the initiative of the PACE President to honour the director of the documentary that best promotes human rights and the fight for democratic values. It is awarded to films submitted to four international documentary film festivals annually by a jury selected by the festival.
