The Assembly,
Being of the opinion that the agreement concluded between the representatives of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe and those of the Council of the O. E. E. C. is inadequate for the securing of effective collaboration between the two bodies ;
Recommends that the members of the Committee of Ministers should re-examine this problem and, within the framework of the Council of the O. E. E. C, take all the necessary steps to enable the Assembly, and more especially its Economic Committee, to consult the experts of the Organisation in conditions compatible with parliamentary dignity.
