The Assembly,

Having regard to its Recommendations 249 and 268 on the ratification of Council of Europe Conventions ;

Having examined the communication by the Committee of Ministers transmitting to it the information received from member Governments, in accordance with Resolution (61) 6 on the ratification of Council of Europe Conventions (Doc 1409) ;

Having considered the report of its Legal Committee (Doc. 1543),

Recommends that the Committee of Ministers transmit the report of the Legal Committee to all member Governments, and ask them to take into account the observations made therein when they submit their annual reports to the Committee of Ministers in accordance with Resolution (61) 6.
