The Standing Committee,
1. Acting on behalf of the Consultative Assembly in accordance with Order No. 185 ;
2. Having regard to the opinions expressed by the Committee on Culture snd Education (Doc. 2935), by the Committee on Economic Affairs and Development. (Doc. 2948), and by the Committee on Social and Health Questions (Docs. 2963, 2964 and 2965),
3. Recommends that the Committee of Ministers grant consultative status, Category I, to the International Chamber ot Commerce ;
4. Recommends that the Committee of Ministers grant consultative status, Category II :
a to the International Falcon Movement - Socialist Educational International ; and
b to the International Union for Child Welfare ;
5. Recommends that the Committee of Ministers reject the applications for consultative status submitted :
