Adopted 26th August 1950, at the conclusion of the Debate on the Report of the Committee on Rules of Procedure and Privileges (see Doc. AS (2) 98 and Sitting of 26th August 1950).

The Assembly,

On the advice of the Committee on Rules of Procedure and Privileges, and in response to the Resolution adopted by the Assembly at its Sitting of 17th August last, concerning the putting of written questions to the Committee of Ministers in the intervals between Sessions, is of opinion that Rule 48 of the Rules of Procedure should be modified on the lines proposed in the above-mentioned Resolution, and instructs the Committee on Rules of Procedure and Privileges to submit to it a new draft of that Article.
