The Assembly,
Taking into consideration the Joint Declaration of the three Ministers for Foreign Affairs at Washington on 14th September, 1951;
Considering that developments in European policy during recent months make it of urgent necessity that a debate he held at which spokesmen of European parliamentary opinion may publicly state their views.
Resolves to include in its Agenda the following question :
