The European school in Strasbourg has reached capacity within its first two years and its plans for 1.000 pupils are most unlikely to satisfy the demand.

Is this acceptable, and in particular is it acceptable that its admissions policy, contrary to earlier undertakings, is currently restricted to nationals from European Union member states, and thereby excludes nationals from other Council of Europe members whose parents are working in this city?
