The Assembly,
Having adopted Recommendation 148 concerning the headquarters of the European institutions,
Instructs the Bureau of the Assembly, at the appropriate time and, if possible, in conjunction with the Bureaux of the Common Assembly and the WEU Assembly, to approach the Governments and the Interim Committee of Euratom and the Common Market, with a view to securing the establishment of a single headquarters, as being an essential condition for any rationalisation of the European institutions.
