The Assembly,
Having noted the reply made to the report of the International Institute for the Unification of Private Law, Rome, (Doc. 817).
Instructs its Legal Committee to consider the proposals made by the Rome Institute for the convocation of a "Round Table" on the harmonisation of national legislations of Member States of the Council and to report to the Assembly thereupon in due course.
