The Assembly,
Considering its Order No. 158 of 28th April 1960;
Noting the Interim Report of the Economic Committee on Energy Problems in Europe;
Believing that these problems are of the utmost importance to the economic development of Europe and that a joint and concerted effort is required if Europe is not to lag behind in this development,
Instructs the Economic Committee to continue its study of this question and to report back to the Assembly at the earliest opportunity.
