1. Recalling that it organised from 9 to 12 September 1968 at Salzburg, a Symposium on human rights and mass communications with the assistance of the Austrian Federal Government ;
2. Expressing its desire that the results of this Symposium may contribute as much as possible to the solution of the existing problems in the field of human rights and mass communications,
3. Instructs its Legal Affairs Committee :
a to work out the results of the Symposium :
b to continue its studies on human rights and mass communications with the assistance of experts, and
