1. Instructs its Committee on Economic Affairs and Development to regularly follow all significant developments in the field of aid to developing countries, taking that latter phrase in its widest sense, with a view to the holding of an annual debate on these questions ;
2. Instructs its Bureau to devise appropriate procedures permitting and encouraging the attendance at these debates of parliamentarians of other DAC Member countries.
