The Assembly,
1. Deploring the dramatic political and economic situation which is at present affecting Poland ;
2. Considering that this situation has caused the flight of tens of thousands of Polish citizens ;
3. Recalling its Resolution 763 (1982) on the situation in Poland, adopted on 27 January 1982,
4. Instructs its Committee on Migration, Refugees and Demography to examine the question of Polish refugees and, if necessary, submit a report to the Assembly at one of its future sessions.
