1. The Assembly refers to its Recommendation 1198 (1992) on the crisis in the former Yugoslavia.
2. It instructs its Political Affairs Committee to monitor the respect of the United Nations embargo against Serbia and Montenegro by member states and states whose parliaments enjoy special guest status, and to report to the Assembly at regular intervals.
3. It instructs its Committee on Legal Affairs and Human Rights to present, during the fourth part of the 44th Ordinary Session (February 1993), a report on the proposals made by Lord Owen to the Assembly on 3 October 1992 concerning the judicial protection of human rights in Bosnia-Herzegovina and the creation of a tribunal to judge war crimes and crimes against humanity committed on the territory of former Yugoslavia.
4. It instructs its Committee on Migration, Refugees and Demography to monitor the situation of refugees and displaced persons, and to report to the Assembly at regular intervals.
