The Standing Committee,

Actingon behalf of the Consultative Assembly, in accordance with Order No.185;

Having regard to the opinions expressed by the Cultural and Scientific Committee (Docs. 2190 and 2191), by the Economic Committee (Doc. 2161), by the Committee on Agriculture (Doc. 2188) and by the Legal Committee (Doc. 2189),

Recommends that the Committee of Ministers grant consultative status with the Council of Europe to the international non-governmental organisations named below :

Category

IWorld Confederation of Organisations of the Teaching Profession (WCOPT),

Eurospace ;

Category II

European Committee of Ventilating Plant Builders,

International Commission of Agricultural Engineering (ICAE),

International Federation for the Rights of Man.
