The Standing Committee

Acting on behalf of the Consultative Assembly, in accordance with Order No. 185 ;

Having regard to the opinions expressed by the Cultural Committee (Doc. 2306), by the Legal and Social Committees (Docs. 2247 and 2271),

Recommends that the Committee of Ministers grant consultative status with the Council of Europe to the international non-governmental organisations named below

Category I

Foundation for European Language and Educational Centres (Eurocentres)

Category II

International Alliance of Women : Equal : Rights - Equal Responsibilities.
