The Assembly,
Believing that the creation of a really united Europe cannot be brought about without the support and energy of the democratic youth of all European countries,
Expresses its desire that there should be organised at Strasbourg, during the next summer Session, a large-scale gathering of the youth of Europe, in which representatives of all the democratic youth movements of the European countries would take part, and declares its desire that the Council of Europe should contribute to the expenses of this conference, and its hope that other institutions or bodies will similarly contribute to this good work.
