The Assembly,
1. Considering its Resolution 585 (1975) on the economic and social consequences of the ageing of the population in Europe,
2. Decides to organise a colloquy of members of parliament specialising in this field and experts, to study ways of implementing the proposals contained in the resolution mentioned above ;
3. Instructs its Committee on Population and Refugees to take all steps necessary for the organisation of this colloquy.
