In the draft resolution, paragraph 7.3, replace the words "to amend the Law on Minorities accordingly, and ensure the smooth functioning of Minority Councils and the transparent use of the Minority Fund;" with the following words:

"in order to ensure the smooth functioning of the Minority Councils and the transparent use of the Minority Fund".
