In the draft resolution, paragraph 5, second sentence, replace the words "in particular in the north of Kosovo" with the following words :

"both in the north and the south of Kosovo".

Explanatory note

In order to achieve the consistency of the whole paragrph it is more appropriate to make reference to the whole territory of Kosovo, both north and south, as it was referred to in the first sentence of the paragraph.
