In the draft resolution, paragraph 12, delete the last sentence.

Explanatory note

The sentence has a counterproductive character due to the fact that the so-called "anti-protest laws" have been repealed and a successful dialogue is on between the authorities and the opposition for the peaceful resolution of the crisis.
