In the draft resolution, paragraph 6.2, after the words "automatic signs (cookies)", add the following sentence:
"; the duration of the latter should be time-limited"
Explanatory note
Limiting the duration of "cookies" would make the transfer of personal data by gathering precise information on a user's profile more difficult . The non-time-limited presence of "cookies" on a computer makes them more or less equivalent to personal data.
