In the draft resolution, replace paragraph 14 with the following paragraph:

"The active support and endorsement by members of the Assembly from the Russian Federation for the illegal annexation of Crimea warrants the strongest condemnation. The Assembly therefore resolves to annul the credentials of the Russian delegation forthwith."
