In the draft resolution, paragraph 13.2, replace the words "control of the Russian Federation in Crimea" with the following words:

"de-facto illegal control of the Russian Federation in Crimea and ensure full respect of all obligations of the occupying state in accordance with International Humanitarian Law and provide immediate and unimpeded access of the international human rights monitoring missions to the Crimean peninsula;"
