In the draft resolution, at the end of paragraph 13.3, add the following words:

"and render assistance to those Ukrainian refugees who wish to return to Ukraine".

Explanatory note

It is natural that some refugees want to return to their homeland in Ukraine. If the Russian Federation took over the care of their stay in Russia, it would have to help them to return.
