In the draft resolution, paragraph 3.1, replace the last sentence with the following sentence:

"Instead of seeking dialogue with Muslim groups, including those constructively pursuing reconciliation, such as the Salafi community, the authorities in the Chechen Republic and Dagestan have harassed and intimidated presumed Salafis."
