In the draft resolution, paragraph 1, first sentence, replace the words "at the humanitarian situation which is the consequence of the war in eastern Ukraine and of the annexation"

with the following words:

"by the humanitarian situation which is a consequence of the ongoing Russian war against Ukraine, which is taking place in certain areas of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions, and of the occupation and attempted annexation".
