In the draft resolution, paragraph 6.1, after the words "to complete the reform of the judiciary", add the following words:

"avoiding in the meantime its political capture through the massive appointment of new institutions and magistrates, to demonstrate political will and to enforce effectively legislation to guarantee international standards for democratic elections".
