In the draft resolution, after paragraph 5, insert the following paragraph:

"The Assembly considers that freedom of expression and freedom of assembly and association must be enforced without discrimination on any grounds, as stipulated by Article 14 of the Convention."

Explanatory note

The amendment aims to call the prohibition of discrimination stipulated by the European Convention on Human Rights at Article 14.
