In reply to the Honourable Member's question, the Committee of Ministers confirms that Spain transmitted its report to the Group of Specialists containing full information on the legislative and other measures taken to give effect to the provisions of the Tromsø Convention on 30 December 2024, within the period of one year following the entry into force of the Convention in respect of Spain, under Article 14, paragraph 1. The report is publicly available on the Council of Europe’s website.
The 5th meeting of the Consultation of the Parties will take place on 11 to 13 June 2025, when Spain will be required to submit an update of the information mentioned in its report.
