On 16 August 2023, I tabled a question to the Committee of Ministers on the 120 000 Armenians living in Nagorno-Karabakh who were threatened by genocide, according to Mr Moreno Ocampo, former Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court.
They were also threatened by forced displacement and they have all been forced by Azerbaijan to move to Armenia under total silence.
This question was never answered (written question No. 785).

Why was this question never answered and what actions will the Committee of Ministers take to help 120 000 people who were forced to leave their homes, their possessions, their churches, their cultural heritage?
A swift answer within five weeks would be highly appreciated.
