In the draft resolution, after paragraph 13.4, insert the following paragraph:

"requests that the Venice Commission issue an opinion on the compatibility of the law adopted by the Knesset on 30 March 2026 with the norms promoted by the European Convention on Human Rights and the constitutional standards of Council of Europe member States in the field of human rights, in particular the principle of non-discrimination, the right to life and the right to a fair trial;"
