The Assembly,
Recalling its Resolution postulating that the interests of certain European nations which form an integral part of Europe, but are at present precluded from participating or do not wish to take part in the work of the Council of Europe, shall be considered in every proposal made by the Assembly;
Considering that it is important to reaffirm from time to time this underlying principle on which the Council of Europe is founded,
Decides to include in the Agenda the following question :
“Reaffirmatio n of the Assembly's faith in the unity of the whole Europe. ”
