The Consultative Assembly, in referring to the Committee on Legal and Administrative Questions the Draft Convention of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms which the Committee of Ministers has submitted, expresses its regret that the Draft Convention in question does not include any declaration of the inherent natural right of man to own property and to use it with such limitations in the interests of the common good and of social justice as may be prescribed by law.
