The Assembly,
Having regard to the terms of Resolution 89 of the Assembly;
Being desirous that the political structure of Europe should rest on sound economic foundations ;
Considering that the O. E. E. C. has been engaged in a study of the international aspects and implications of nuclear development;
Considering that the Messina Conference has instituted similar studies within the area of the Powers concerned,
Instructs its Committee on Economic Questions:
to consult with the 0. E. E. C. through the established liaison machinery on its findings in the above matter;
to study the findings of the 0. E. E. C. ;
to take into account the findings of the Messina Powers in their economic aspect;
to invite representatives of the Committee on General Affairs to be present at its meetings with the 0. E. E. C. in connection with nuclear development;
to report to the Assembly.
