Having regard to its Recommendation 692 (1973) on East-West relations in Europe, and to the possibilities for increased European cooperation offered by the Conference on European Security and Cooperation ; 2. Bearing in mind the Council of Europe's policy to further cooperation with European non-member States, 3. Instructs its Committee on European Non-Member Countries and the other committees concerned to study ; (a) developments in the relations between the member States and European non-member States ; (b) the positive prospects for improved cooperation between the Council and East European States and other European non-member States. |
