The Assembly,

Recalling its report on European Energy Problems (Doc. 1463) and the accompanying Recommendation 339 to which the report of the Economic Committee (Doc. 1572) in effect constitutes an Addendum,

Recommends to the Committee of Ministers :

a that they should forward the report contained in Doc. 1572 to the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development with a request that that body should take it into account in their consideration of Document 1463 and Recommendation 339 ; and

b that they should transmit the report contained in Doc. 1572 with a similar request to member Governments of the Council of Europe.
