The Standing Committee,

Acting on behalf of the Assembly in accordance with Order No. 185;

Having regard to the opinion expressed by the Legal Committee,

Recommends that the Committee of Ministers grant consultative status with the Council of Europe (Category II) to the following non-governmental organisation :

- B'nai B'rith.
