The Standing Committee,
Acting on behalf of the Assembly in accordance with Order No. 185 ;
Having regard to the opinion expressed by the Committee on Population and Refugees, and by the Economic Committee,
1. Recommends that the Committee of Ministers grant consultative status with the Council of Europe to the following non-governmental organisations :
Category I : Association for the Study of the World Refugee Problem ;
Category II : European Association of Advertising Agencies (EAAA) ;
2. Considers that the applications of the European Union of Industrial Experts and Consultants and of the European Association of Railwaymen should be rejected.
