The Standing Committee,

Acting on behalf of the Consultative Assembly, in accordance with Order No. 185 ;

Having regard to the opinion expressed by the Cultural and Scientific Committee (Doc. 1994),

Recommends that the Committee of Ministers grant consultative status category II with the Council of Europe to the international non-governmental organisation :

Europa Nostra.
