The Standing Committee,

1. Acting on behalf of the Consultative Assembly, in accordance with Order No. 185 ;

2. Having regard to the opinions expressed by the Committee on Social and Health Questions (Doc. 2393) and the Legal Affairs Committee (Doc. 2411,

3. Recommends that the Committee of Ministers grant consultative status with the Council of Europe to the international non-governmental organisations named below :

Category II

International Council of Nurses,

International Bureau for the Suppression of Traffic in Persons.
