The Standing Committee,
1. Acting on behalf of the Consultative Assembly, in accordance with Order No. 185 ;
2. Having regard to the opinions expressed by the Committee on Culture and Education (Docs. 2921, 2922 and 2923) and by the Legal Affairs Committee (Doc. 2924),
3. Recommends that the Committee of Ministers grant consultative status, Category II, to the international non-governmental organisations named below :
a Protestant Working Community for Adult Education in Europe ;
b Conservative and Christian Democratic Youth Community ;
c International League for Child and Adult Education ;
