The Assembly,

Wishing to give moral and material support to the Hungarian Revolutionary Council,

Requests Representatives to sponsor and to encourage within their respective Parliaments the setting up of groups whose object would be to demonstrate the solidarity of their country with the Hungarian people by organising political and financial support for the Hungarian Revolutionary Council.
