In the draft resolution, paragraph 15, replace the words "Armenia, Bulgaria and the Republic of Moldova" with the following words:

"Bulgaria and the Republic of Moldova. The Assembly, while welcoming the efforts of Armenia to adress the issues with regards the libel suit, encourages the Armenian authorities to continue the work in this direction."
