In the draft resolution, paragraph 8, first sentence, replace the word "shares" with the following words:

"takes note of".

Explanatory note

Maintain the initial version of the beginning of paragraph 8 presented by the Rapporteur: The PACE "takes note of" instead of "shares"

The word "shares" expressly indicates a stance on allegations that have not been verified and are still under investigation by the National Council on Human Rights.
