In the draft resolution, at the end of paragraph 7.6, insert the following words:

", if they are in line with the legal system of the respective country and the specific commitments undertaken by each state party to the Charter".

Explanatory note

One cannot recommend to state parties to the Charter the use of other States' best practices if these so-called best practices go against their legal framework and against their undertaken obligations.
